Vinyl liner pools have been popular for many years because they are the least expensive way to build a swimming pool. Unfortunately, even the best vinyl liner only has a life span of 5-7 years, and that's if you're very careful with it. Many people end up having to replace the liner every couple of years. In essence, a vinyl liner lasts about as long a a pool paint. At a cost of several thousand dollars each time, that adds up to a lot of money over time, and a lot of frustration.

Instead of replacing your vinyl liner, it can be permanently replaced with a low-maintenance, permanent fiberglass finish that will last for many, many years. And it will save you thousands of dollars over the life span of your pool!

We are experts at swimming pool restoration and renovation, including vinyl liner conversions. Part of the conversion process is the addition of stairs to your vinyl liner pool. A section of the pool wall is cut away and the stairs are put into place. The fiberglass system is molded over the pool floor, walls, and onto the stairs. It is all smoothed out, creating one beautiful, smooth, watertight surface.

• Remove the existing liner and haul it away.
• Pour a concrete base, if necessary.
• Install or reconnect floor plumbing for main drains.
• Install new steps if you have none.
• Replace fittings and equipment as needed.
• Make all existing panel seams watertight with fiberglass.

• Install 6" ceramic waterline tile around pool perimeter.
• Install fiberglass over entire pool surface including concrete base, sides and steps.
• Grind surface and apply final coat of resin.
• Apply nonskid texture and highlight to step areas.
• If desired, we also can install new decking, coping, slides, dive boards, hand rails, and perform any necessary repair or replacement of plumbing and/or equipment.
